Zain would be a valuable member of any team. I hired Zain because I saw right away in his resume that he had a strong marketing and advertising background. In conducting my interview he was demonstrated that he professional, a strong communicator, and most importantly he is a visionary. He took my ideas and objectives and was able to quickly present to me how he was going to help me get there. Throughout the project I was very impressed with his attitude, enthusiasm and integrity. He led and coordinated with various aspects of our marketing efforts, including brand strategy, and target segmentation and his ideas and implementations were highly focused on maximizing the impact of our marketing efforts. Zain originally applied for this project to be a digital marketing content creator but because I had already picked a student to fulfill that role I asked Zain if he'd be interested in being the student who integrates our digital marketing strategies. This would require him working with 3-4 student teams and coordinating their functional activities so that our efforts are aligned. He took this on enthusiastically and immediately got to work. Within a couple of days he had performed his own research of our company and from the information he gathered he created a presentation demonstrating how he would be able to help us with our overall digital marketing and communications strategy with a medium term and long term view. I was very impressed with his professionalism. Throughout the project he was very engaged, enthusiastic and he communicated well with me and the other students. I am thouroughly impressed with his character and performance. In a very short time he's launched our product on a new platform, assisted in the creation of new logo and marketing products, provide key input on the changes into our website which have made a difference.
