We are a business and personal performance consulting and coaching firm that works with CEO's, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals. This project will entail researching marketing strategies, market potential and public relations opportunities as well as execution on the tactical elements specific to marketing the book "The Complete Man" written by one of the founders. T The book is about peforming your best as a man in all aspects of life including being a better business leader, husband, father, community leader, etc. We are able to take on up to 5 students. Students will spend the first half researching and creating strategy and the second half executing it. Research will include finding the appropriate audience, drafting the appropriate messaging, testing audience sentiment, etc. The execution of the project includes reaching out to key media channels, other marketing channels and building a network of centres of influence who can expand the reach of the book. The end goal is to get public relations exposure on media, radio, etc. channels as well as create a lead generation system that works. Students will be mentored directly by the founder and author of the book. Overall responsibilities will include: Researching (industry research, surveys, focus groups, etc) Strategizing and developing marketing and PR tactics Developing relationships and executing marketing and PR tactics.

Entrepreneurs and Mental Health Challenges

We are a business and personal performance consulting and coaching firm that works with CEO's, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals. This project will entail researching mental health in entrepreneurs and CEO's and strategies to overcome their challenges. We are able to take on up to 5 students. Students will spend the first half researching and the second half creating strategies. Research will include researching scientific articles, sources, industry research, surveys, focus groups, etc. The end goal is to creat a guide for entrepreneurs to overcome specific mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, etc. Students will be mentored directly by the founder and author of the book. Human Potential Research Project

Number of individual positions available: up to 4 We are a business and personal performance consulting and coaching firm that works with CEO's, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals. This project will entail researching the scientific and psychological elements of getting into the "flow" or "zone." This is a state of optimal performance. Essentially, it's the ability for the average person to have optimal execution, productivity and results. Going from Clark Kent to Superman. We are able to take on up to 4 students. Students will be researching and compiling strategies for individuals to have optimal performance levels. They'll also be answering questions such as: how does a person get into the zone? How long can a person stay in the zone? What elements are required to optimize the zone? The research must be sound and from credible sources. The end product is a "how to" guide for getting into the zone. The purpose is to provide managers and individuals with a guide to optimize personal performance in the workplace, sports and even at home. The students will surely learn how to optimize their own performance along the way.

Human Potential - The Neuroscience & Psychology of Motivation

Number of individual positions available: up to 8 We are a business and personal performance consulting and coaching firm that works with CEO's, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals. This project will entail researching the scientific and psychological elements of motivation. Essentially, it's the ability for the average person to become extremely motivated to achieve their goals We are able to take on up to 8 students. Students will be researching and compiling strategies for individuals to have optimal self-motivation, building better habits and reward systems to stay inspired, etc.. They'll also be answering questions such as: what truly motivates people? What elements are included in motivation and inspiration? What elements are required to stay motivated long-term? What strategies should be used to be better motivated? The research must be sound and from credible sources. The end product is a "how to" guide for creating and maintain motivation. The purpose is to provide managers and individuals with a guide to optimize their levels of motivation in the workplace, sports and even at home with their relationships and personal goals. The students will surely learn how to optimize their own motivation along the way.
