Website Traffic Enhancement Strategy for Shoo-Foo Eco Linens
Shoo-Foo Eco Linens, a company specializing in eco-friendly linen products, aims to significantly increase its website traffic and conversion rate within the next 90 days. The current challenge is to enhance the company's online visibility and attract more traffic volume to the website. This project will involve reviewing a recent comprehensive website audit, and developing & implementing strategies to drive more traffic, improve the user experience and ultimately improve significantly the KPIs performance of the site. The goal is to develop a data-driven approach to digital marketing and site performance and being able to achieve measurable improvements in website performance. Key tasks include: 1- Review a recent comprehensive audit of the website and analyze current website traffic and user behavior to identify the major technical and content-related issues of the site. 2- Research and propose a SEO digital strategy to improve the various KPIs. The ultimate goal is to increase significantly the Website Traffic Volume. This digital strategy may include: Create email marketing flows to engage and retain more website visitors Create and promoting engaging content to attract and retain website visitors. Develop social media content to drive traffic to the website. Evaluate and suggest improvements for user experience and interface design. 3- Develop a comprehensive website KPI analysis system that will enable constant and effective analysis of the status of website KPIs.

Digital Marketing Strategy: Creating a 6-months Social Media Calendar
Shoo-Foo has been on the market since 2007. When we launched the company, our goal was to help introduce bamboo textile into the home linens market. Today, Shoo-Foo advertises a small collection of eco sustainable home textile products online. We are in the process of growing our products line and re-positioning the brand as the go-to brand for natural fibers at home. We want students to help us develop a digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. Weโd like to know how we can maximize different channels and what will work best for us. The main questions weโd like students to help us answer are the following: How should we promote our company? Are we targeting the right audience? If not, which audience should we be engaging? What social media channels should we utilize? What types of content should we share on social media channels? How should we tell Shoo-Foo's story better in order to reach and engage our audience?

Social Enterprise B-Corporation Certification Plan
To achieve B-Corporation certification, our company must receive a minimum score on social and environmental performance. This is an online assessment that is overseen by the independent body that certifies B-Corporations (the B Lab). The assessment covers our entire operations and measures our impact in governance, workers, community, the environment, as well as our products and services. We also must integrate sustainability commitments to stakeholders into our governing documents. Shoo-Foo has already started completing the B-Corp assessment. Before submission, we need to review the current content and complete a few missing sections. We would like to work with a student who is familiar with the B-Corp concept and wants to deepen their knowledge through practical experience.

Blogging
