Juzette demonstrated exceptional dedication, enthusiasm, and professionalism in her tutoring. She played a crucial role in supporting the student's learning experience and helping them understand a complex subject for some students. Her passion for teaching was particularly evident in her interactions with students who were struggling in the course and were not quantitatively inclined. She was exceptionally patient while explaining the concepts to them. I also admired the way she took ownership of her tutoring position. She brought easy-to-understand Statistics Books with her own money and kept them in the tutoring room to teach better. In short, I am extremely impressed by her performance this term and had no hesitation in offering her the option to continue tutoring for the next term.
