We are a web design agency who has developed an all-in-one business solution for women entrepreneurs. We want to research this market, and create a fully developed ideal customer avatar (ICA), and design a go to market strategy for North America to serve them.

• Creating a go-to-market strategy for our product / ICA

Bonus steps in the process would also include:

By the end of the project, students should demonstrate:

• Familiarity with our company’s products and services
• Understanding of the industry, market trends and competitive landscape.
• Delivered a fully developed ideal customer avatar
• Delivered a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for North America targeting our ICA

Final deliverables should include

• A final report
• A presentation.
