Details

We are preparing to launch a new networking app aimed at enhancing professional connections during events.

The goal of this project is to establish strategic partnerships with prominent event hosts, such as Toronto Tech Week and Shopify, to increase app visibility and user engagement. By collaborating with these event organizers, we aim to integrate our app into event experiences, providing attendees with a seamless networking tool. The project involves researching potential partners, understanding their event dynamics, and proposing mutually beneficial collaboration strategies. The team will apply their knowledge of marketing, business development, and digital communication to create a compelling partnership proposal that aligns with both our objectives and the event hosts' goals.

Deliverables

The project deliverables include collaboration with multiple event hosts, a comprehensive partnership proposal document and a presentation.

The proposal should outline potential partnership models, benefits for both parties, and a detailed plan for app integration during events. Additionally, the team will prepare a presentation and pitch their partnership strategy to TTW management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
