The main goal of this project is to develop a robust recruitment strategy to attract professionals who can apply for jobs in the engineering knowledge sharing platform.

Deliverables

The student will need will to have basic understanding of recruitment strategy, candidates research and other skills such as marketing skills, good communication, good writing skills, basic computer skills.

Mentorship

Students will be supported by training him/her on:

1. Expose students to the engineering industry (human resources and people side of the industry)

2. Using website to upload case studies and learn how to manage website (reviewing traffic, analyzing customers, review statistics of website)

3. Sending monthly newsletter to customers

5. Compiling monthly reports

6. Researching strategy to attract new customers in the platform

7. Using social media for marketing on existing page (posting, advertising, etc.)

The student will be supported by a staff daily or as required, website access will be given to student, company page on social media will be made available to student, access to company email address will also be given.
