MacEwan Level Up is a great program to help departments reach budget goals and provide students with hands-on work experience. The staff was quick to answer questions and provide support in the execution of the program.

Level Up was a great way to mentor students and get additional help for my work projects. The process was pretty simple and extremely flexible in terms of running the project for me and my student.

Once again, the staff has been very encouraging and helpful. I greatly appreciate the help and opportunities they have provided.

Subject: Feedback for Level UP Communications Projects Educators I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with the educators of Level UP Communications Projects. To be blunt, there has been no experience at all. Every educator has been non-existent and unresponsive to any of our inquiries. As an educator myself, I understand the importance of communication and support in the learning process. It is extremely frustrating to have no guidance or direction from those who are supposed to be leading us through this project. It has been a complete waste of time and resources to participate in this program without any engagement from the educators. I have lost faith in the Level UP Communications Projects and would not recommend it to anyone. In the future, I hope that the program organizers will take more responsibility for their educators' involvement and ensure that their students receive the support and guidance they need to succeed. The creation of a large portion of the videos on our YouTube channel, the design behind the banner and thumbnails, and the incoming website wouldn't have been possible without Level UP. The TV Studio Winter Internship was a great experience for students to learn more about media production and hone their skills. This is evident by working with both internal and external clients. Working with Crystal and Tammi was instrumental in making my project happen. Crystal in particular was a key resource I turned to multiple times as I was setting up and executing my project.

This was overall a very beneficial project. My research program progressed and the educators learned a great deal and performed very well.
