    She was punctual for meetings. She worked well independently.

    I would have like to seen her manage her time differently. I only got her submission at the end of project, even when I asked her at every meeting if she had anything new for me.

    Ottavia demonstrated strong independent work, and some of her best contributions were seen toward the end of the project. However, it was challenging to provide feedback or request revisions in a timely manner. While she was punctual for meetings, her quieter demeanor sometimes made it difficult to gauge her level of preparation. Overall, she worked well independently but could benefit from more proactive communication throughout the process.
