Project Examples

Requirements

Starting this January, project management students working in teams of 5 will spend 75+ hours per group researching and documenting the challenges and opportunities faced by your organization in relation to one or more current projects.

Based on their research, the student groups will compile a case study of your current state for your leadership to review and evaluate.

Organizations engaging in this project will benefit in a number of ways, including but not limited to:

  • Building brand awareness across a post-secondary campus.
  • Interacting with and evaluate the next generation of Project Managers.
  • Gaining a case study tool for analyzing talent and ability during recruitment processes.
  • Having an unbiased view of your project's current state to evaluate and innovate on.
  • Leveraging a tool to assess insights about your organization in regards to the competitive landscape.

The project scope will include:

  • Interviewing decision maker(s), who are selected by your organization.
  • Discussing and documenting challenges, decision points, and opportunities.
  • Developing and presenting a case study with case questions included.
  • Drafting an educational case study for your review and approval prior to use.
