Student will provide critical project management duties in the implementation of Beta Launch of a new Digital P2P Community The student will be involved in processes around team coordination, project management, roadmaps, social media marketing and growth analysis The student will oversee the planning, execution and ongoing Roadmap development for the digital Community. The student will also use communication skills to collaborate effectively and manage team members objectives, tasks and timelines The students will apply user analysis, community listening and management: Grow and nurture the digital platform and ensure that everything we do is grounded in member's needs applying understanding using data analytics and insights. The student will ensure the team members provide engagement enhancement and support for the community to help scale community participation, connections and content sharing.
Social Enterprise StartUp - Social Media Marketing
Digital Community Social Media Marketing As a member of the Digitial Marketing Team, create strong social media marketing with high-quality, relevant content; including written word, images, videos and podcasts in order to increase community awareness and membership numbers. Assist in the development of the 6-month social media/e-mail calendar, creating strategy and objectives for each communication. Using social media mgmt software Hootsuite/Postly, organize and deploy robust social media/email marketing campaigns. Coordinate and monitor community growth campaign including; users, members, expert contributors, partners & collaborators.

Social Enterprise - Android App
We would like to work with students to design, prototype and develop an Android App for our social enterprise Startup, Carib Farm. This project will involve a develop a digital community app. Our product is a peer-to-peer digital knowledge sharing community network, offered free to small-scale farmers.
Caribbean Expansion Digital Network
We would like students to help us with developing a study that is aligned with our vision, mission, and purpose. We have done some research, but need to go more in-depth into the Caribbean nation's macro-environment as it relates to agriculture and food security. We have plans to scale our network across the Caribbean region and have chosen locations based on industry prevalence, but need to learn more about the feasibility of these foreign markets, along with recommendations for ease of entry. Although we have first hand knowledge of the region, we have thus far not examined these island markets from an economic, political, legal, or ethical perspective. It would be extremely beneficial to have some insights into what we can anticipate. We have done research and have determined our product-market fit, but have not delved deeper into sub-markets.

We would like to work with students to develop a Strategic Marketing Plan for our social enterprise Startup, Carib Farm. This project will involve research and analysis to identify our ideal customer. In the case of Carib Farm, our end-user is a small-scale farmer and our customer is a sponsor or partner. Our product is a peer-to-peer digital knowledge sharing community network, offered free to small-scale farmers. Through our research, we have proven product-user fit and also product-market fit. What we need to clearly identify is product-customer fit - who will financially support (sponsors) our product. One this established, then we need to uncover how best to tell our winning story to engage our customers (sponsors).
